User License for Services:

School 360 is committed to providing a comprehensive digital learning solution to educational institutions. The following terms outline the user license for accessing and utilizing the services offered through the School 360 platform: Provision of Services: The Company, Dimension64 Consulting Private Limited, will provide the Services and standard updates that are made generally available during your use of the School 360 platform. Please note that the Company reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Services, including their features, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. License Grant: Subject to the terms of the User Agreements, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license to access and use the School 360 platform and its Service(s) solely for your institutional, professional, or educational purposes. This license is granted in accordance with the Terms of Service, User Agreements, and any applicable service-specific terms. Collaboration with Educational Institutions: School 360 may collaborate with educational institutions to provide the Services to their students through the platform. In such cases, you, as a User, shall be bound by the Terms of Service of School 360 as well as the terms and conditions set forth by the respective institution. Third-Party Hardware: The Company may also provide or facilitate third-party hardware, such as attendance machines, GPS devices, interactive flat panels, audio-visual devices, content hard drives, etc. If you choose to utilize such hardware, you will be bound by the terms and conditions specified by the respective hardware provider. It is important to note that any issues or claims arising from the use of third-party hardware should be directed to the hardware provider, and the Company shall not be held liable for such matters. Access Rights and Data Generation: The Company may assign different access rights to Users based on the modules subscribed to by their institution or as regulated by the Admin User. Therefore, any data generated by a User on the School 360 platform will be based on their specific access rights and usage. By accessing and using the School 360 platform, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated in this User License for Services. It is important to review the User Agreements and any applicable scope of use descriptions to ensure compliance with the permitted use of the platform. User Accounts:

School 360 is designed to be utilized at the institution level, with no direct involvement of student data or individual student accounts. The following guidelines outline the user account requirements and procedures for accessing and using the School 360 platform within educational institutions: Account Creation: User accounts on the School 360 platform will be set up and managed by the ERP administrators or designated personnel within the educational institution. The institution's administrators will be responsible for creating and maintaining the user accounts for authorized staff members or individuals involved in the institution's operations. User Information: The ERP administrators or designated personnel will ensure that the account information provided for each user is accurate, complete, and up to date. It is important to provide correct information to facilitate smooth communication and access to the School 360 platform. Account Security: The institution's administrators will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the user accounts created within the School 360 platform. They will ensure that appropriate measures are in place to restrict unauthorized access to these accounts. User Roles and Permissions: The ERP administrators or designated personnel will assign user roles and permissions within the School 360 platform based on the specific requirements and responsibilities of each staff member or individual involved in the institution's operations. The assigned roles and permissions will determine the level of access and functionality available to each user. Account Management: The institution's administrators will have the authority to manage user accounts, including enabling or disabling access to the School 360 platform, as required. They may also enforce any additional rules or regulations set forth by the institution. Please note that since School 360 operates at the institution level and does not involve direct student data or individual student accounts, there are no age restrictions or requirements for student involvement in account creation or usage. Price: $5 per student per year. Available Features: Comprehensive Administrative Task Management, Online Fee Payments & Financial Management, Automated Timetable Generation. Payment Terms: The payment for the Basic pricing model is required upfront for the entire duration of one year. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including online transfers, credit cards, and other electronic payment options. You will be provided with payment instructions and options upon subscribing to the Basic pricing model. Professional Pricing Model: Price: $10 per student per year. Available Features: All Basic features plus Enterprise Features, Staff Leave Management System, Parent-Teacher Communication, Integration with Aland ML. Payment Terms: Similar to the Basic pricing model, the payment for the Professional pricing model is required upfront for the entire duration of one year. Payment Methods: You can choose from various payment methods, such as online transfers, credit cards, and other electronic payment options. Detailed payment instructions and options will be provided upon subscribing to the Professional pricing model. Enterprise Pricing Model: Price: Please contact our sales team for pricing details. Available Features: All Basic features plus Enterprise Features, Payroll Management System, Digital Transport Management, Question Paper Generation. Protection of Users: You agree not to exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit any person, including minors, by exposing them to inappropriate content or engaging in any harmful activities. Prohibited Activities: You shall not use the Platform and the Services for the following activities: a. Transmitting or soliciting any advertising or promotional material, including spam or junk mail. b. Impersonating any person or entity, including Company employees or other users. c. Engaging in any illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful activities that infringe upon the rights of others. d. Disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Platform or interfere with other parties' use of the Service. b. Use any automated tools or processes to access the Platform or its content without prior written consent. c. Monitor or copy any material on the Platform without authorization. d. Use the Service for unlawful or prohibited purposes or activities that infringe upon the rights of the Company or others. e. Introduce any malicious software, viruses, or harmful code that may disrupt or damage the Platform. f. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or disrupt its functioning. g. Attack the Platform through denial-of-service attacks or other disruptive methods. h. Engage in any actions that may damage or manipulate Company ratings. i. Decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling any content on the Platform. j. Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform and the Service in any way.
